The Accounting Manager will are accountable to the VP of Finance at AREA15 worldwide (the Company’s NY headquarters) and can be a part of designing, applying and monitoring all accounting policies and operations while working together with the AREA15 group to advance the goals that are overall objectives of AREA15. The perfect prospect is extremely analytical, acquainted with every aspect of full period accounting, technologically inclined and would flourish in a fast-paced startup environment. This can be an opportunity that is great accept a lead accounting part along with get great expertise in operational and technical accounting when you look at the experiential shopping and entertainment industry.
Obligations and duties:
• will need to have experience and start to become well-versed in money monitoring, reconciliations and controls• Comprehensive A/P processing, from ensuring Purchase Order approvals through establishing ACH re re payments• Vendor Management• A/R• General ledger management• Balance sheet reconciliations• Perform Intercompany entries and reconciliations• Expense reviews and tracking against budget• Assist with duration closes and statement that is financial• Inventory management• Cash flow forecasting• Payroll processing• Monitor fixed assets and relevant depreciation schedules• Assist with yearly spending plan process and interim forecasting• Develop and keep different analytical and financial analyses• help with income tax and audit initiatives• help with activation of NetSuite ERP• Other associated requests as determined
