Genny Beemyn, PhD, manager associated with Stonewall Center in the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and coordinator of Campus Pride’s Trans Policy Clearinghouse, could be the composer of A Queer Capital: a brief history of Gay lifestyle in Washington, D.C. (2014) and, with Sue Rankin, associated with everyday lives of Transgender People (2011). Genny is modifying a forthcoming anthology, Trans People in Higher Education (SUNY Press).
